Kia Ora friends! Happy Wednesday! Hope ya'll had a lovely day. This morning I woke up with a bit more energy but a helluva lota tummy cramping so that wasn't a fun train ride into work this morning. I tried to distract myself on when the train went through the twisy stations. Nonetheless, we managed to get through an office day and my stomach is still a bit off but it's better than it was this morning. IBS sucks.
As Wednesdays are usually date nights for Luke and me, we decided just to get takeaway for tonight so I could rest and come home from the office straight away (as finishing at 6 means getting home pretty late). We got maccas and I tried a different burger (chicken crispy deluxe) for once but I was sad b/c they forgot my hash brown! I'll probably stick to my cheeseburgers next time. Now we are just resting watching Red Dwarf having a very chill night. We will likely have dessert soon (ice cream and tim tams) and a cup of tea before bed. I think I'll end up having an early night though as this fatigue is still pretty awful.
Tomorrow will be another office day for me and Luke has cricket training so it'll be a nice little evening to myself (if PT doesn't take forever to get home after work). I have a few YouTube videos to catch up on so that will be good.
I don't have much else to say today! Nothing exciting really happened today. I did decide that I want to get to at least 100-in-a-row daily blog posts before I decide if I continue with daily blogs or change it to 2x a week or something like that. What do you like? Daily life updates or would you like less? Let me know in the comments below.
For today's question, I want to know what your favourite type of cheese is? Let me know in the comments below. I find this question really hard myself because I love all cheeses. I like a red leicester, swiss cheese, brie, camembert, blue cheese even, and my guilty pleasure cheese are those little babybel ones!
I also want to start making more charcuterie boards and learning more food photography that way. Just a random thought. Anyway, I will end it there!
Ka kite,
Much love,
Ash xx
I've always been big on the Italian cheeses like Parmesan, Peccorino and Mozzarella, but will eat pretty much any hard or soft cheese. Also really good quality vintage cheddar off the block, yum! 😋
